Pachira Capital Pty Ltd (PacCap) is an investment management and advisory company formed to aggregate, fund and manage investment opportunities that we appraise, through our programmes, as being investment ready.

PacCap has developed a methodology that identifies, analyses and manages potential investees to deliver them “investment ready” to later-round investment funds.

Our Mission

We are determined to make the VC 5-4-1 paradigm obsolete – we cultivate success not failure.

Managed Funds

PacCap will set up and manage, as General Partner, one or more Early-Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (ESVCLP).  These vehicles are “tax-effective” and licensed by the Federal Government and offer very real benefits to Australian and international investors. See www.ausindustry.gov.au

Where appropriate, PacCap may set up and manage, as General Partner, one or more Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (VCLP).

Our Mandate

Investors wishing to participate in both Australian and Asian equity markets – while aligning their environmental and social beliefs with their investments – will have access to an outstanding selection of environmentally-responsible investment options.

PacCap will invest in companies that meet sustainable, ethical and environmental criteria established by the fund.

Industries falling within these criteria include:

• electric vehicles
• bio-fuels
• alternative and sustainable energy
• environmental remediation
• resource reclamation and/or recycling
• agricultural

and other projects that demonstrate:

• good environmental stewardship
• charitable and philanthropic pursuits
• sustainable/low cost housing solutions

and electronic and IT systems associated with any of these.
